This is an internet only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. This online auction will start soft closing in OCTOBER 2026 (Exact date & time TBA) with lot #1. Soft closing is a feature used in online auctions to prevent last-second “sniping” by automatically extending the auction end time when a bid is placed within the final 1-minutes of the auction.
