This is an internet only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. This online auction will start soft closing at 6:00PM THURSDAY DECEMBER 18, 2025 with lot #1. Soft closing is a feature used in online auctions to prevent last-second “sniping” by automatically extending the auction end time when a bid is placed within the final1-minutes of the auction. Instead of ending at a fixed time, the auction remains open for bidding until no new bids are placed within that final window. This creates a fairer bidding environment by allowing all interested parties a chance to respond and prevents bidders from winning solely by placing a last-second bid without giving others time to react.
