What services are included in the auction sales?
Our services include guidance on all aspects of the auctions: item inventory, current market value, advertising across multiple websites with item images and descriptions, and display of items on preview the day before auction.
Do you help with an Estate Settlement and Consignment?
We offer assistance in all areas of an estate settlement. If you’re thinking of consigning items contact us at 540-662-6350 or headley498@gmail.com. You may schedule a time to bring items, then send photographs by email or mail. We can also arrange a time to come look at your items. We offer pickup of your items and storage is provided until the items are to be sold.
Where does the auction take place and what amenities are available?
Our regular, monthly auctions are held at the Ruritan Building at Clarke County Fairgrounds, 890 W Main St, Berryville, VA, or we can hold an onsite auction if the situation merits. View Map»
The auctions are conducted inside the climate controlled Ruritan building. Lunch and beverages are available for purchase.
We hold auctions on the first Thursday of the month all year round.

I have never been to an auction before, what do I need to know about bidding?
It is easy and fun! You register with us on site, receive a bidding number, and you are good to go. We will pack small items for you and help you deliver or ship larger items. We strive to make this an easy and enjoyable process.
How do I pack and load a purchase?
We pack all small purchases and can help to load large purchases.
Unlike many auction houses, we do not require you hold onto your smaller purchases once you have purchased, but will pack and hold them for you until you are ready to leave.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
We are able to ship small items but we do not offer delivery services. Please contact us for any details at 540-662-6350 or headley498@gmail.com.
What forms of payment do you allow?
We take cash, check, and credit cards.
How do I find out the dates and details of auctions?
Check our current Auction Listings. We hold auctions on the first Thursday of the month all year round. Occasionally, we have additional auctions scheduled, so please check the Auction Listings.
I am coming from out of town. Are there hotels, campgrounds, or B&Bs nearby?
Yes! The Berryville and Winchester, Virginia areas offer beautiful towns and natural surroundings for visitors who enjoy such amenities as good food, wine-tasting at local vineyards, hiking, paddling, shopping, and relaxing!
