This is an internet only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. This online auction will start soft closing at 6:00PM THURSDAY MAY 7, 2026 with lot #1. Soft closing is a feature used in online auctions to prevent last-second “sniping” by automatically extending the auction end time when a bid is placed within the final 1-minutes of the auction. Instead of ending at a fixed time, the auction remains open for bidding until no new bids are placed within that final window. This creates a fairer bidding environment by allowing all interested parties a chance to respond and prevents bidders from winning solely by placing a last-second bid without giving others time to react.

Please read this policy carefully before bidding. 1. SHIPPING STRUCTURE Headley Auction Company operates under a hybrid shipping model: ” Select items qualify for in-house shipping. Email Headley’s Auctions at headley498@gmail.com to inquire whether or not an item qualifies for in house shipping. ” Most items require third-party professional shipping services By placing a bid, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below. 2. IN-HOUSE SHIPPING (Limited Items Only) We provide in-house shipping for the following categories: ” Gold, silver, bullion, and coins ” High-value small items (at our sole discretion) ” Firearms (shipped in strict compliance with federal and state law) ” Select small, non-fragile, easily packable lots Fees & Terms: ” Shipping, insurance, signature confirmation, and applicable material costs will be added to your invoice. ” All in-house shipments are fully insured. ” Items will ship within 10 business days after full payment clears. ” Headley Auction Company reserves the exclusive right to determine which items qualify for in-house shipping. We reserve the right to decline in-house shipping for any item if we determine it requires specialized packing or freight services. 3. LIABILITY & RISK TRANSFER ” Headley Auction Company is not responsible for quotes, pricing, packing methods, or shipping timelines provided by third-party shippers. ” Once an item is transferred to a third-party shipper, all risks of loss or damage are transferred to the buyer. ” We are not responsible for damage, delay, or loss occurring after items leave our facility. ” Buyers are encouraged to purchase adequate insurance coverage directly through their selected shipper. 5. TRANSFER & STORAGE POLICY ” Items will be made available to third-party shippers within 1 business day after payment clears. ” Buyers must initiate shipping arrangements promptly. ” Items not picked up or scheduled for shipping within 5 calendar days may incur storage fees of $10 per week. ” Items left beyond 14 days without communication may be deemed abandoned and subject to resale without refund. 6. FREIGHT & OVERSIZED ITEMS Large, heavy, delicate, or oversized items may require freight shipping. Buyers are solely responsible for coordinating freight carriers and scheduling pickup. 7. LOCAL PICKUP Local pickup is available by appointment during designated pickup hours. Valid ID may be required at pickup. 8.
